Staying in a catered chalet means that you don’t have to lift a finger in the kitchen – enjoy a 4-course dinner party after your day on the slopes, with no washing up! It’s a real treat to have a break from cooking, as well as a really good value way of feeding your family while skiing.
We source many of our fresh ingredients locally and ensure that our hosts are well trained in cooking our delicious menu.
So what’s included when you stay with us at Ski Dazzle?
Whether you’re a hot breakfast person or a morning grazer, you’ll find an indulgent selection on the breakfast table.
Choose from cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, freshly baked baguettes and croissants. A selection of jams, butter and a selection of teas, fresh coffee and fruit juice are also available.
On four mornings we also provide freshly made hot porridge, and on five mornings hot options such as bacon and eggs or scrambled egg and grilled tomatoes.

Coffee lovers can start the day with a choice of Nespresso coffee.
Nothing says ‘Chalet Holiday’ like a slice of homemade cake and a cup of proper tea after a day on the slopes. It’s a classic feature of a catered chalet and here at Ski Dazzle it’s a tradition we fully embrace!
Your host will leave tea, coffee, crusty baguettes, butter and jam alongside the tempting treat that they have baked, such as crunchy cookies, squidgy brownies, a luscious lemon drizzle or raspberry cupcakes.
On the first night we’ll welcome you with a glass of bubbly and canapés.
Unlimited selected bottled wines (red and white ) are served with dinner. There’s also soft drinks available (coke, lemonade and tonics) and an allocation of beers and Prosecco.

Everything you need to know about dining with us
At Christmas and New Year, we enter into the festive spirit (it’s hard not to when we live in a winter wonderland!) The chalets are decorated including a Christmas tree in every chalet. We will prepare a traditional Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings such as crackers and Christmas pudding. We also make mince pies, and Christmas cake.
New Year is celebrated with a special dinner followed by fireworks in Courchevel. We also enjoy little treats should you be staying with us on Pancake Day, Valentine’s Day or Easter…
Many of our guests celebrate special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries during their stay. Please let us know in advance if there’s anything you’d like to celebrate! We can decorate a cake and serve some bubbly. Likewise we can organise flowers or chocolates to be delivered if required.
In our chalets, we have a set menu for the week with a vegetarian option always available when booked in advance at no extra. Special diets can be catered for, such as vegan, dairy free, gluten free, wheat free, and low fat/cholesterol, but as they frequently involve ingredients that are not readily available in ski resorts, and often are more costly and involve extra preparation in addition to the normal set menus, there will be a charge of £30 per person per week.
If you would like non dairy milk (such as oat, rice or almond), there will be a supplement of 1€ to pay per carton. (payable in resort). Please advise at time of booking.
If you book the chalet on a sole occupancy basis, and you would like a few changes to the menu, we are happy to discuss this with the party leader.
Our chalet hosts will have one full day off, an additional morning off and one evening. There will be no housekeeping or staff at breakfast during these days.
Breakfast and afternoon tea will be left ready for you to help yourselves to and fresh bread and croissants will be delivered to the chalet and the option to boil your own egg in our clever egg machine!
On five nights your hosts will prepare and serve you dinner. On one night, a Raclette and Dessert will be left for you to help yourselves to. This leaves just one night in the week, where there is no meal provided, but we will be more than happy to make suggestions of where to eat out in La Tania.
Selected wines (red and white), sparkling wine, beer & soft drinks are provided.
Please feel free to bring your own spirits and we can provide ice, lemons & mixers.

Dinner is served at 7.30pm each evening. Take your seat at the table and enjoy delicious 4-course dinner party dining five nights of the week.
After every meal we serve a selection of cheeses to include local favourites such as Comte and Tomme de Savoie.
There is also a self service Raclette Evening. (Raclette and Dessert). We are not able to provide a vegan/vegetarian alternative.
For children under 12 years, we offer an early tea, which is served around 6pm/630pm.
We understand the importance of offering tasty, wholesome homemade food, especially after a day of playing in the snow!
We have devised a menu with homemade family favourites such as spaghetti bolognaise and homemade pizza, which we hope will encourage children to eat plenty during their stay. Meals are served with water, squash or milk.
When booking, please let us know how many children would like an early tea and indicate any special favourites or dislikes as well as food intolerances/allergies.
We require all children under 12 to take high tea unless you have booked the whole chalet.
If any of your children under 12 would prefer to eat an adult meal and you have booked the whole chalet, this is also possible with a supplement of £50 per child.
